Hello and Welcome to the Eddie Fisher Outdoor Photography web site.
Here you will find wildlife and scenic photos mostly of Alaska and Oregon along with a few images taken while visiting Montana and Wyoming from years past.
Growing up in Oregon on the Willamette River helped create an amazing backdrop, a vast playground for Eddie and his three brothers, fueling their ever growing love for the outdoors and what it has to offer.
Eddie was first introduced to photography by his grandmother. She gave him his first camera at about eight years of age, a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye flash model. This film camera was introduced in 1949, sold for about $7 and was discontinued in 1961.

Photography has truly enhanced his respect for the great outdoors. Spending much of his free time with his wife Ronda on location here in Alaska is nothing short of a dream come true for this "Shutter-Nut".
Wildlife and scenic photography along with fly-fishing are always a big part of their never ending adventure in the exploration of this great state of Alaska.
" There's something amazing, almost magical about a small box that is capable of capturing ones own imagination "
-Eddie Fisher
From wolves to pika, moose to brown bears, one never knows what lies around the next bend in the river or switchback on the trail.
This site is dedicated to my wife Ronda and those who have inspired my love of photography and the great outdoors.
